What is Hot Hiit Pilates?Ā 
Hot Hiit Pilates has three major ingredients!

#1 - Hot!Ā  The room is heated to 35 degrees to get your warm and sweating to flush toxins and detoxify your body

#2 - Hiit! (High Intensity Interval Training).Ā  The class incorporates Hiit exercises to boost your cardio so your fitness levels skyrocket.

#3 - Pilates!Ā  The Pilates exercises are sculpting, trimming and toning your body into its best shape!Ā  You will see amazing results by strengthening your core, lower body and upper body.
How Do I Prepare For My First Class?
Good question!Ā  Preparing for your first class is very important..Ā  Here are out tips to get started for both Bikram and Hot Hiit Pilates classes!

  • Hydration:Ā The more you are hydrated, the better you will feel in class.Ā  Drink at least 2-3 litres of water each day.Ā  Make it a daily habit!
  • No Food Before Class:Ā  Avoid eating at least 3 hours before class.Ā  Come in light on an empty stomach.
  • Light Clothing:Ā Wear clothing that is light, comfortable and fitted.Ā  Yoga wear and gym wear is great.Ā  It is preferred shorts be above the knee.Ā  Avoid wearing baggy pants and loose clothing.
  • ā€‹What to bring:Ā  You will need a thin yoga mat, towel and water.Ā  Ā  If you don't have a yoga mat, you can purchase one at the studio for $35.Ā  There are no mat rentals, you will need your own ;)
  • ā€‹Open Mind:Ā  Release expectations and go with the flow!!
When Are The Classes Running?Ā 
Each week we are currently running 20 Bikram Class + 6 Hot Hiit Pilates classes.Ā  Ā We also run a Yin Yoga class each fortnight.Ā  Ā Below is the currently weekly timetable!Ā  Ā

I'm very nervous to start, is this normal?
Yes of course, starting Bikram Yoga is entering into new territory.Ā  Ā Some concerns might around the heat, feeling unfit, not sure if I can do it, what is everyone wearing?!Ā  Ā This is all normal...Ā  Here are some bits to help:

  • Heat:Ā  Adapting to the heat happens very quickly.Ā  Ā The best tip is to focus on your breathe and go slow your first few classes.Ā  Think of the heat as a positive as it has so many benefits.
  • Ā I'm Out of Shape, can I leave early?:Ā  Bikram Yoga and Hot Hiit Pilates is very suitable for beginner's.Ā  Ā You will be encouraged to do the whole class.Ā  Just know you can rest in the room as much as you need to.Ā  No pressure.Ā  The class will just keep going.Ā  You won't hold anything up.Ā  Ā New people practice nearly every single class...
  • Ā People aren't wearing much?!Ā  Ā You are in a hot room so less is better.Ā  Ā  There is no pressure however, please wear what you feel comfortable in.Ā  Ā You will see all shapes, sizes and ages in the room.Ā  Ā Both men and women.Ā  It's a very comfortable environment.
  • Will I fit in?Ā  Ā Bikram Yoga Five Dock is such a welcoming community.Ā  Your friendly teachers and fellow yogi's will show you around and help you get started.Ā  Ā  Ā You will feel comfortable immediately coming into the studio.Ā  It's a very inclusive environment.

I am already a Bikram Yoga Five Dock Member can I sign up for the Intro Offer?Ā 

This offer is for new students to Bikram Yoga Five Dock only.Ā  Any person who has already complete a trial offer at the studio is not eligible.Ā  Ā 


Can I share my pass with my partner ?Ā 

The Intro Pass cannot be shared.



If I don't use my pass much within the allocated time frames will I be able to apply for a time extension ?
No. There are no extensions for this pass, valid for 10 days only.

Can I pay in person at Bikram Yoga Five Dock ?
Yes, if your prefer you can purchase the Intro Offer in person at the studio.
